Consultation Terms and Conditions

1.Appointment Booking

To schedule a consultation, complete and submit the Consultation Form on our website. Consultation appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone. You must give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Please do so to avoid forfeiting your consultation slot.

2.Consultation Fees

Class A (Ready-to-Order): No consultation fee required.
Class B (Tailored Adjustments): A consultation fee of N50,000 applies.
Class C (Fully Custom/Bespoke Design): A consultation fee of N100,000 applies. Fees must be paid before the consultation to confirm your booking. Once payment is received, your appointment will be scheduled.

3.Cancellation and Rescheduling

Notice

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may not be able to secure a new slot immediately. Consultation fees may not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows, but the cost may be applied to the new appointment if the consultation is rescheduled.

4.Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your consultation, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, depending on availability, the consultation may be shortened or rescheduled.
Late arrivals may incur an additional fee if it impacts our scheduled appointments.

5.Personal Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your preferences, measurements, and event details by submitting the consultation form.
Elan Fashion will treat your personal information with confidentiality and not share it with third parties without your consent.

6.Custom/Bespoke Orders

For Class C (Bespoke) consultations, a custom design will be created based on the details discussed during your consultation.
Custom and bespoke items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged without a manufacturing defect.

7.Payment and Pricing

All consultation fees must be paid in full before the session begins.
Payment for any custom or bespoke orders will be discussed during your consultation.
Additional charges may apply for further design modifications or services beyond the initial consultation.

8.Changes to Terms

Elan Fashion reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to customers who have booked consultations.
